Quality Policy Statement

We are committed to provide repair, conversion and newbuilding services which consistently meet customers' expectations through continual improvements with strong HSE focus.

We aim to achieve this through:

Business Excellence
The Business Excellence Roadmap and Framework (BERF) was launched in 2001 in line with our vision to create a strong portfolio of world-class businesses at Keppel O&M.

The BERF champions and aligns the pursuit of business and performance excellence in a structured manner across all our yards, and takes into account the national quality standards and cultural sensitivities of each country.

This framework embodies the Group’s drive for business excellence and allows our businesses worldwide to be reviewed in a structured manner.

It also spells our commitment to continually deliver quality products and services on time, within budget and without incidents to our customers.
